Unless you live on a desert island surrounded by islanders that see you as your god and pamper to your every need you are going to be subject to stress in your life of varying degrees.

The best advice that I ever received was to identify my stressors and get rid of them or negate them. I have to say the wife was none to pleased when she got her marching orders (only kidding).

It seems that people simply do not respect your private time if they can get you on your cell, and if you like me It is really irritating to have the phone ring after hours when I am sat down eating dinner with my family, just so somebody can sort out their own problems.

So what do you do? Simple, negate your stressor and turn it off at the door. I can guarantee that they either will not have your home number and if they do, they will be very reluctant to call you on your personal phone.
